A man has been arrested after smuggling 10 snakes into his luggage.
And it’s not Samuel L. Jackson.
The passenger is believed to have flown from Bangkok, Thailand, to Karnataka, India, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Upon arrival, he was held by the customs department at Kempegowda International Airport, where an investigation took place.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the customs team shared photos of the snakes, which appeared to be hidden in white bags within a pink suitcase.
They wrote: “#Indiancustomsatwork Bengaluru Air #Customs intercepted attempt to smuggle 10 yellow Anacondas concealed in checked-in bag of a pax arriving from Bangkok.
“Pax arrested and investigation is underway.
“Wildlife trafficking will not tolerated.”

India, which has been part of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) since 1976, allegedly remains in the top 20 countries for wildlife smuggling.
By air, it’s reported that the country is within the top 10.
Under the Customs Act of 1962, wildlife traffickers face anywhere between two and seven years imprisonment.
