A woman trapped her legs on an overloaded weight machine before several beefy gym goers came to her rescue.
The clip shows the eager gym member, named Yuna, on the leg machine.
She is accompanied by a female ‘spotter’ next to her.
However, Yuna apparently can’t handle the load and her legs get stuck up by her chest.

She starts to laugh at her predicament as the spotter tries to help her.

Several onlookers promptly run over to assist Yuna at the gym in Mexico.
Working together, they apparently struggle to lift up the load at first.
They eventually manage to push the weights to the top as Yuna yanks up the safety lock.

She posted the video on TikTok where it went viral with 16.1 million views and nearly 5,000 comments.
One local said: “If the other three could barely lift it, what made her think she could?”
Deco said: “Out of position with a high load, she unlocks the machine and then tries to position her feet. Be careful next time.”

Susi asked: “But why barefoot?”
In a follow-up video, Yuna stated that she is 20 years old, 4’10” in height, and weighs 9.13 stone, as reported by What’s the Jam.
She added: “The weights are 400kg and I’ve been working out for one year and 4 months.”
