A Gogglebox star was left “traumatised” after a wholesome wildlife experience took a shocking turn while on holiday.
Joe Baggs, who rose to fame appearing on the Channel 4 show between series 16 and 19, was travelling with his partner of two years, Kaine Ruddach, on holiday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, when the pair decided to watch a baby turtle release on the beach.
However, the heartwarming moment quickly descended into chaos.

In a clip, dozens of baby turtles can be seen being released towards the sea before a flock of seagulls suddenly swoop down and snatch them away before they reach the water.
The video captures Joe and Kaine looking visibly shocked as the birds circle overhead, one with a turtle dangling out of its mouth.
One person desperately tried to waft the seagulls away.
The 26-year-old shared the footage to social media and it racked up more than 1.9 million views, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Joe wrote: “You thought you were attending a wholesome baby turtle release but seagulls ate them all.

“Literally traumatising.”
Kaine was quick to agree, commenting “I am traumatised.”
The distressing footage sparked an emotional reaction from viewers.

One person said: “Why didn’t they release them closer to the water?”
Another commenter added: “No, I had this exact experience yesterday.
“I’m actually so traumatised, I couldn’t watch, I had to leave it early.”
A third person said:“Sorry but I’d actually start crying, I love turtles too much.”
Someone else said: “Oh my good god.
“I wouldn’t ever get over this.”
A fifth person added: “That’s nature for you.”
