A bright pink orb had left social media users stunned after being spotted flashing in the night sky.
The object, which some onlookers have called proof of alien life, looks perfectly circular in shape.
It flashes before staying bright pink until the video ends.

In a selection of images, the ball in the middle of the sky, floating in front of a beautiful sunset.
Another image shows the phenomenon from a distance as it floats over houses.
The mystery was captured on Sunday, 8 December, in Egypt, before being posted to social media.
The post has since gone viral on X with 205,600 views and hundreds of comments, as reported by What’s The Jam.
It was captioned: “Did anyone in Egypt see this scene today after dawn?

“A white dot was walking in the sky, then it exploded and looked like this! Does anyone have an explanation?”
Ahmed said: “Strange things happen, some of which have no explanation.”
Walsh added: “I was following a number of astronomy and star experts.

Someone else wrote: “This can be seen from several different places.”
