Diners were left fuming after a mum changed her toddler’s dirty nappy in a busy restaurant.

Customers complained to a manager about what happened.

And while the supervisor asked the mother to stop cleaning her child’s bottom in front of diners, she was said to be “unapologetic”.

The tot was seen standing on a dining bench with his buttocks exposed to other customers.

The mum appears to be cleaning the tot with wet wipes.

Meanwhile, other diners are seen eating their meals nearby.

Charminn Ngiam, one of the disgruntled customers, at the eatery in Singapore, said: “I told the food court manager at VivoCity that a lady was cleaning her son’s butt.

“Her kid was wearing diapers, but I don’t know why she needed to clean him right there.”

She added: “The mother pried her kid’s a** open to clean his sh**.”

The whole area ended up smelling of excrement, according to Charminn.

She also claimed that the mother did not even wash her hands, as reported by What’s The Jam.

One local said: “This is terrible, not acceptable at all.”

Grace claimed: “Indecent exposure. Child abuse. Isn’t this punishable by law?”
