A model who has had 19 plastic surgeries discovered a 3cm nail in her face after going through an airport X-ray.
Fang Qiyuan, also known as Sprite, has spent around £200,000 on surgeries in the last 10 years.
She has had two procedures in her forehead, five in her eyelids, five on her nose, two in her chin and liposuction for facial repair five times.

And after trying to board a plane, she was caught in the backscatter X-ray with metal in her face, as reported by What’s The Jam.
After investigation, a computed tomography (CT) scan revealed multiple foreign objects had been left imbedded in the 36-year-old model’s chin.
Sprite, from Taiwan, Asia, said: “The chin prosthesis that I had eight years ago left a nail that was nearly 3cm long.
“I unexpectedly discovered that I also have nails on my nose.
“I really am a plastic surgery fanatic, and my face looks like a jigsaw puzzle!”

In the X-ray image, the nail can be seen just below the bottom lip, pointing to the back of the face.
There is also one slightly above her lip pointing downwards, and one in the nose.
She is yet to have these taken out, but is scheduling the surgery.
