Dubbed the ‘Goblin Pizza’, the dish features a thick crust with a deep-fried bullfrog laid out on top.
The special ingredient is made even more bizarre with the addition of a hard-boiled egg, cut in half and dressed with black olives to resemble the animal’s bulging eyes.
The pizza has a red base and is topped with coriander and has a spicy mala flavour.

The special edition meal is available until 19 December and costs of £18.53, as reported by What’s The Jam.

But any Brits looking to try it will be sorely disappointed, as it is reportedly only being dished up in China – where frog meat is a common delicacy.
Pizza Hut’s creation hasn’t been the only random snack to cause headlines as of late.
McDonald’s in China caused a stir in 2020 with its Spam and Oreo burger, described as a bizarre yet intriguing mix of salty and sweet.

Meanwhile, Domino’s Japan introduced its Crispy Fish and Chips Pizza in 2021, which layered fried fish, potatoes and tartar sauce over a tomato base.

The latest frog pizza was created in collaboration with Tencent, a local tech giant, to promote a mobile game ‘Dungeon And Fighter: Origins’.
