Two cars from the personal collection of late singer Chris Rea are going under the hammer for more than £100,000.
The low-mileage 2022 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS and a distinctive 1972 Fiat 500 converted to electric power were both driven by the star.
The Porsche is described as a rare opportunity for collectors due to its minimal mileage and celebrity provenance.

Rea who died last December acquired it in June 2023.
It has remained within his personal collection and has done just 1,242 miles.
It is finished in Slate Grey Neo with black exterior detailing and features a black leather and Alcantara interior, as reported by Whats The Jam.
It is powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six engine producing 473bhp, with the GTS widely regarded as a “sweet spot” model in the 992 range thanks to its balance of performance and daily usability.
It has reportedly been carefully stored and sparingly used.

The vehicle is expected to fetch between £80,000 and £100,000.
In contrast, the 1972 Fiat 500 reflects a more personal and characterful side of Rea’s motoring interests.
The classic city car was converted to full electric power in 2023 by Retro Electric Ltd, featuring a Netgain AC-20 motor, Tesla battery modules, and an Orion battery management system.

It has an estimated range of around 75 miles, blending classic Italian styling with modern, emissions-free motoring.
The car has an estimated cost of £14,000.
Car expert Charles Smalley said the pair represents a striking contrast.
He said: “Cars from Chris Rea’s collection always attract interest but what stands out here is the contrast.
“The Porsche is a modern performance car with very low mileage and clear collector appeal, while the Fiat 500 is something he used and enjoyed over many years.
“Together they show the breadth of his taste and, equally, the range of cars we are proud to offer at auction.”
They are being offered next month by Iconic Auctioneers at Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire.
