A shocked woman nearly sat on a huge crab perched on a toilet whilst bursting for the loo.
Clare Broadhurst got the fright of her life after nearly getting nipped by the unwelcome visitor.
The 41-year-old popped into some public toilets whilst on a coastal walk with her husband, Matt.

With two out of three cubicles in use, Clare ran into the free one where she found a huge crab perched on the toilet seat.
The marketing consultant made the shocking discovery in the public toilets at Saundersfoot Harbour, in the Pembrokeshire village, west of Swansea, Wales.

Clare, originally from the Wirral, who now lives in Tenby, originally thought it was a fake crab at 6pm on Sunday (1 Jun).
“I saw its pincers move and I nearly jumped out of my skin,” Clare told What’s The Jam.

“I was in need of the loo when we got there, so I headed straight for the toilets.

“One cubicle was in use, another was out of order, so I went for the free one, and that’s when I noticed something odd on the toilet seat.
“Living in west Wales, you do come across some unusual things but, I’ve never been quite as surprised as with this crab on a toilet seat.
“I’m just glad I had my contact lenses in as there’s no way I would have spotted that crab otherwise.

“There was a lady in the next cubicle who I showed it to.
“She kindly grabbed some tissue, picked the crab up, and carefully returned it to the harbour.”
