Wetherspoons fans have the chance to move into their perfect pad – a penthouse apartment above one of the budget boozers.
The luxury flat has two double bedrooms – both with en suites.
It also boasts an open plan living and dining area with a separate kitchen.

There is another toilet and also a balcony which stretches the whole width of the apartment.

But it is also above a Wetherspoons pub – called The Cuthbert Brodrick.

Spoons lovers were quick to spot the bonus feature of the flat in Leeds city centre.

One joked: “Put a number on your dining room table and download the app.”
Another said: “I’d struggle to think of a noisier flat in Leeds than that one.”

But a third added: “They don’t play music so bonus.”
The flat is being let by The Estate Agency Leeds and advertised on Rightmove.

The listing makes no mention of Wetherspoons but does say there are bars in the area.

“Everything you require to love living in Leeds.”
The penthouse comes with a 125 year lease that started on 15/06/2001 as well as £200 ground rent.
But the agent advises to ask about the revision.
