Spoons lovers were quick to spot the bonus feature of the flat in Leeds city centre.
One joked: “Put a number on your dining room table and download the app.”
Another said: “I’d struggle to think of a noisier flat in Leeds than that one.”

But a third added: “They don’t play music so bonus.”
The flat is being let by The Estate Agency Leeds and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing makes no mention of Wetherspoons but does say there are bars in the area.
