With prices for renting a room in the capital soaring, a London flat owner hit the headlines after offering people the chance to stay in “romantic” tents.
The bizarre stay, near Chinatown, was originally priced at £68 a night depending on the date.

Additionally, while each tent costs £80, guests will have to spend an additional £14 on an Airbnb service fee.
Despite the somewhat dire prospect of living in a tent indoors, many previous guests seemed quite impressed with the basic offering – with the property previously holding an average rating of 4.45 stars.
