A studio flat costing £1,473 a month to rent has no kitchen just a microwave on a table next to the bed.
The pokey pad has a single bed and a mini chest of drawers next to it.
The sleeping area has one chair in it.
There is a small TV mounted on the wall.

There is a separate bathroom area that comes with a toilet, sink, and shower.
However, the shower isn’t separated in a cubicle.
Instead, there is just a shower curtain that hangs from the ceiling – separating the shower from the loo.
But there is no kitchen and the only place to cook meals is in a microwave perched on a table.
The first-floor bedsit – aimed at students – is in Camden, north London.

The rent works out at £17,676 a year.
Tenants will also need to pay a £1,700 deposit to secure the flat.
The rent does include monthly bills and what furniture is inside is included, if required.
