A five-storey, old, seaside guest house selling for £350,000 is such a dump it has a CAR buried in the back garden.
The auctioneer flogging the dilapidated former hotel said it’s the “worst” property he has seen in over two decades doing the job.
In one of the rooms of the 14-bedroom, Grade II Listed property, the stained ceiling is caving in and there is a mountain of rubbish and plastic bags.

Amongst it are pizza boxes and even an old Christmas tree and there is still washing hung up to dry.
A second room of the building – which has stunning sea views – has broken furniture and masonry piled up on each other.
Another room has more discarded waste with a picture frame on top.
A dirty old mattress is blocking the stairs and there are piles of old food containers.
Amongst the rubbish is a VHS video tape.

In the backyard, a car with a cracked windscreen is hidden under shrubs.
It is so buried it is impossible to work out the make or model.
The five-storey, mid-terrace property, in Ramsgate, Kent, has been owned by the same family for over 60 years.
