A woman has revealed the £6 anti-ageing secret that ‘snatched’ her saggy skin and transformed her face – as well as the recipe for ‘Mounjaro in a glass’.
When Kajsa Ziebell used to look in the mirror, her brain was ‘consumed’ by the sight of her smile lines, deep under-eye troughs and ‘saggy’ skin.
But the 36-year-old refused to have Botox or filler, as she didn’t want to be left with a ‘marshmallow face’.

After trying out various methods, with no luck, she grew hopeless – until scrolling on social media.
Kajsa had seen women in their 40s and 50s – including her own mum – with shocking glow-ups; and they hadn’t been under the knife.
Now, she’s tried and tested multiple anti-ageing hacks that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
And it all costs less than an average month’s worth of rent.
“Seeing the results made me feel a thousand times more confident in myself,” the content creator told What’s The Jam.

“I receive comments all the time about how healthy my skin looks.
“People will say I look so different or question what cosmetic surgery I’ve had done.
“Some have asked if I lost weight because my face looked noticeably slimmer.

“That was surprising to me.”
In the UK, according to Cosmedics Skin Clinics, the price of Botox ranges from anywhere between £100 – £350 per session.
And, with the filler needed every four months, the cost quickly racks up.
But for just £6, one single item could help produce the same results.
She said: “Using a Gua Sha every night or morning will help to drain fluid from the face and snatch it significantly.
“Consistency is key.
“Results take time, so it’s important to be patient, too.
“With the Gua Sha, it’s vital to educate yourself about proper technique, pressure and the lymphatic system rather than simply applying excessive pressure to the face.”
Kajsa, who used to suffer from hyperpigmentation, has watched the dark spots fade almost overnight using an LED mask.
These retail anywhere from £20 up to an eye-watering £1,440.
She said: “I use one that targets brightness.
“I think all my hyperpigmentation disappeared around two months after use.
“I do 10 minutes a day, three times a week.
“I absolutely had concerns before using it, as I was skeptical whether it would make any noticeable difference.
“But after using it consistently, there was dramatic improvement.
“I was actually quite amazed.”
Other anti-ageing tricks include drinking organic ginger, turmeric and celery powder mixed into water each morning.
Kajsa, from New York, US, says the concoction is like ‘Mounjaro in a glass’.
And for better skin in general, she recommends getting a facial every four to six weeks.
But for those who don’t wish to fork out for the luxury service, using bottled water and paper towels to wash and dry the face works magic.
She said: “I’ve found that the water I use on my face makes a significant difference in how my skin looks and feels.
“Since making that change, I rarely experience breakouts and my skin feels much smoother.
“I don’t think we always consider how the quality of water affects the skin.
“I even use purified water in the shower now.”
While Kajsa wouldn’t necessarily say these hacks are ‘better’ than Botox or fillers, they can produce the same effects – without the price tag.
She added: “By following these steps properly and consistently, I’ve noticed improvements in some of my own problem areas, including the appearance of sagging skin and jowls.
“I also don’t think people should feel as though Botox or fillers are their only options, especially if those treatments aren’t something they’re comfortable with or able to afford.
“There are plenty of ways to take care of your skin and enhance your appearance without cosmetic injections.
“For someone who does choose Botox or fillers, I believe a consistent skincare and self-care routine can still complement professional treatments.
“Ultimately, it’s about finding an approach that works for you and makes you feel your best.”
