And Dr Saurabh Sethi has listed five foods to pack for your kids’ lunchboxes to help make their brains work faster.
In a clip, which has racked up 155,000 views and over 4,000 likes, he explains.
“Walnuts are rich in omega-three fatty acids and antioxidants,” the doctor, from California, US, told Whats The Jam.

“These help protect brain neurons from oxidative stress and inflammation, which can support better memory and cognitive function.”
Next up: eggs.

He said: “Along with protein, eggs contain choline and choline is essential for production of acetylcholine; a neurotransmitter involved in memory, learning and overall brain communication.
“Also, fatty fish, like salmon, is a great option.
“These are rich in omega-three fatty acids such as DHA and EPA.

“This is a major structural component of the brain that is made up of cell membranes, and helps support healthy and efficient neurons.”
Fourth on the list are pumpkin seeds.
Dr Sethi, aged 44, says these contain magnesium, zinc and copper.
Zinc supports nerve signalling, while magnesium plays an important role in normal brain and nervous system function.
It also helps support mental performance.
And, lastly, berries.
Dr Sethi added: “These contain powerful polyphenols and anthocyanins, which can help reduce oxidative stress, inflammation in the brain and may help slow age-related cognitive decline.”
He previously revealed which cheap kitchen cupboard staples help to slow down ageing.
He noted extra virgin olive oil, salmon, berries, nuts and eggs, as well as vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.
And, the number one item: coffee.
