A vicar had breakfast, lunch and dinner in three different countries and was back home 14 hours later.
Chris Lion started his day with a pain au chocolat, granola and yoghurt and a coffee at London Stansted Airport.
He flew to Denmark and jumped on a train to Malmo, Sweden, where he had Swedish meatballs followed by ice cream for lunch.

The 41-year-old made his way back to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he had his final meal of the day – a hotdog.
Foodie Chris caught a flight back to the UK at 22.45pm.
“It was awesome and I had such a good time,” Chris, from Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, told What’s The Jam.

“I was originally planning to just go to Copenhagen but when I found out that it was really easy to visit Malmo as well.
“The opportunity to do three meals in three different countries, and to visit Sweden, where I’d never been before, was too good to pass up.

“The three meals in three countries thing was just a bit of a laugh really, as was the idea of eating Swedish meatballs in Sweden.
“They were very tasty.”

In total, the entire adventure cost him £145 and he completed it in 14 hours but says he still found time to explore.

Chris said: “It didn’t feel rushed at all. I had plenty of time to do the things I wanted to do.
“Obviously if I’d stayed longer I might have added some other activities, but I loved the day.
“I had a brief stroll around Malmo and I found a nice food hall close to the station

“I pre-booked a canal boat tour in Copenhagen carefully timed to be whilst the sun was setting.
“The canal boat tour was beautiful, especially when they stopped for us to listen to the church bells at sunset.”
The journey tired him out so much that Chris stayed in a hotel near Stansted Airport instead of driving the two hour journey home.
The dad-of-five left his home at 5.30am to catch an 8.30am flight at Stansted.
A return flight to Copenhagen set him back £47 and breakfast cost £9.

A return train ticket from Copenhagen to Sweden cost £25 and his lunch in Malmo was £16.
In Denmark, he spent £8 on dinner.
Chris’s fourth and final flight back to the UK was at 22.55pm.
One night in a hotel room cost £40.

He decided to try and fit in as many countries as he could in one day because he struggles to find time to travel as a busy dad of five children.
Chris added: “I’d never been to Scandinavia before and I love an adventure.
“It was pretty cheap and given that I have such limited spare time, just felt like a great way to see some completely new places without spending too much time or money.”
