Singer James Blunt has caught out scammers pretending to impersonate him online after they made a rather unfortunate mistake.
The account in question had the singer’s credentials in and goes by the moniker of @?jamesblunt.852043.

The pictures are of Coldplay star Chris Martin, not Blunt.
Taking to X and expressing his dismay, the “you’re beautiful” singer stated: “Not easy being a scammer these days.”
And, fans were quick to laugh at the ordeal, some even quipping it ‘scandalous’
“I have over 30 Elon Musks following me. I have no James Blunts. Maybe one day,” said one.
“The Coldplay guy must have fallen on hard times to be impersonating you,” joked another.
