A stacked builder says he doesn’t set foot in a gym and only gets his muscles from the day job.
Freddy Bautista boasts hundreds of thousands of followers on social media, where he calls himself “The Legendary Bricklayer”.
His frequent TikTok posts show how he uses his work tools to bulk up.
In one clip, he can be seen doing squats lifting a cement mixer resting on his shoulders.

In another, he does press-ups with a heavy sandbag on his bag
And he keeps his arms huge with plenty of shovelling, sledgehammering, and wheelbarrowing.
Freddy forgoes protein shakes and strict diets for fizzy drinks, junk food, and carbs.
But that doesn’t stop him from being in tip-top shape.

Freddy – who lives in San Luis Potosí, Mexico – says he’s often compared to Rambo and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
He recalled: “Before, I was lean. My boss told me I was too skinny, ‘You have to eat more, son, even beans and enchiladas.’
“So, I transitioned to bulking.”

Freddy often gives bodybuilding tips and answers his fans’ food and fitness questions online.
He trains on the job at least three days a week and his favourite grub is tortillas with pickled peppers, chorizo, and egg sarnies.
His latest TikTok video shows a selection of his huge, greasy meals.
He wrote: “You’ve got to eat like a beast.”
