An influencer has had her followers in stitches after recreating a stunning D&G dress using loo roll.
Alessandra Araújo showed off her low-cost frock to her 3.1 million Instagram followers.
She based it on a white Dolce & Gabbana gown worn by model and actress, Rafa Kalimann at her posh New Year’s Eve bash, where American actor, Gary Dourdan was a guest.

Rafa, 30, posted snaps of herself modelling the pricey outfit for her 21.7 million Instagram followers on Wednesday (3 Jan).
In her native Brazil, revellers wear white to see in the New Year, a tradition that originates from Afro-Brazilian religions.
Rafa’s fans showered her with praise, calling her “Queen”, “Goddess”, and “Amazing”.
Alessandra’s video shows her grinning at a picture of the dressed-up influencer on her phone.
She then mischievously holds up a roll of toilet paper for the camera as she stands outside a humble house.

The clip then cuts to Alessandra, who is from Tocantins, Brazil, wearing a remarkable likeness of the dress fashioned from the bog roll.
And hanging from her neck is a pendant apparently made from the metal sprockets of a bike.
She pouts at her mobile phone as she pretends to take selfies.

Monalisa wrote in the comments: “And here I am spending on clothes at the end of the year. Toilet paper would have solved it.”
Sueli remarked: “If you sneeze, it pops.”
Morena joked: “Rafa stole your dress.”
And Cintya said: “Instructions on how to wear this dress: don’t sit in wet places, don’t stay seated for too long, try to be in a non-sweaty environment, and don’t drink too much water to avoid any spills on the dress. That’s it.”
