A miracle mum has given birth to 200-million-to-one identical triplets.

Melany Basualdo had Damaris, Aymara and Emily, naturally without IVF.

They were born weighing 3.15 lbs (1.43 kg), 3.11 lbs (1.41 kg), and 3.4 lbs (1.54 kg) respectively.

The tots were ten weeks premature, born after 30 weeks of pregnancy.

The tiny tots were born at the Hospital Cuenca Alta Néstor Kirchner Cañuelas in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 5 August last year.

Hospital spokesperson, Dr Arrúa said: “They were born prematurely at 30 weeks.

“Their first days of life were stable, requiring oxygen and mechanical respiratory assistance under strict controls due to the premature birth.”
