Jacky, who comes from West Springfield, Massachusetts, US, claimed his winning ticket on 20 June.

His home city is on the outskirts of Springfield which partly inspired the fictional __cpLocation for The Simpsons with the same name.

Bart Simpson’s catchphrases included ‘Ay, Caramba!’

He told lottery officials that he used his birthday, his sister’s birthday and his uncle’s birthday as the numbers.

Jacky plans to use the windfall to pay off college fees for himself and his sister.
