A Dark Knight wannabe was left red-faced after cops caught him driving his Batmobile in a bus lane.
The pretend-capped crusader was promptly handed a fine for violating traffic rules.
He received a ticking off by a burly cop while sitting in the 1960s-style Batmobile.

He was caught using the restricted lane in the Mexican capital Mexico City this week.
A spokesperson for Mexico City Metrobús said: “Not even the Dark Knight can be saved.”
The Secretariat of Civil Protection has launched a crackdown on motorists using the Metrobús lanes in the city, as reported by What’s the Jam.
The authorities were apparently proud that even a respected philanthropist like Bruce Wayne could not escape punishment.
The humbled superhero can expect a traffic fine of between £195 and £295 to arrive through the post at Wayne Manor in the coming days.

One local quipped: “Excellent that they are punishing these jokers.”
Fernando commented: “Holy fixed penalty notice, Batman!”
Carlos said seriously: “Rules are rules and they apply equally, congratulations on carrying out these operations.”
