A Pokémon-themed Volkswagen Beetle is for sale for £100,000.
The car looks like the popular character Pikachu.
Aptly named the ‘Pikabug’ is one of the original ten cars bought by Nintendo in the 90s.
The promotional motors were part of what is known as the Poké Patrol.

Nintendo purchased the cars to drive round the US to promote the release of the Pokémon games and the animated TV series.
A sound system that connected to a speaker on the exterior of the car would make the motor talk by playing Pikachu sounds.
The custom cars were kitted out with wooden ears and a tail to resemble the look of Pokemon’s most iconic character.
Located in the hatch of the car would be a TV screen hooked up to a Nintendo 64.

Fans of the games could use the consoles to park up and play their favourite Pokémon games.
This ‘Pikabug’ has now been listed up for sale in Madison, west of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Despite owning the car for a few years, the seller stated that it only has 17,000 miles on the clock.
