A tired-looking Just Eat rider was spotted on a bus with a delivery electric bike.
Passengers on the late-night service were stunned to see him hitch a ride.
He was seen perched on the e-bike, which are banned from TfL transport, leaning against the window.

The food courier had his orange Just Eat bag on the back.
Passenger, Billie Russell, spotted him on the bus on Coborn Road, Bow, east London, on Monday (Dec 2) at 3:28am.

Locals also reacted with bemusement.
One, called Lara, said: “May God give him strength for his hard work.”
Another joked: “Life is so hard.”

A third said: “Forget the NHS let’s clap for the delivery drivers and riders.
But Barry King fumed: “Another bus driver who can’t be bothered to enforce the TfL regulations regarding battery bikes on buses.”

Lauren quipped: “Why are people on a bus at 3:28am?”

E-bikes and conventional bicycles that are not foldable are not allowed on London buses.
The ban is to stop them from taking up space, as reported on What’s The Jam.
The TfL website reads: “Non-folded cycles cannot be taken on buses and trams.”
It is not known why the rider was on the bus and whether his e-bike had run out of charge.
Just Eat has been approached for comment.
