The Royal Family is hiring a gardener with a £123 a day salary – and the successful applicant will get to live in Buckingham Palace.
King Charles and Queen Camilla are advertising for a green-fingered member of staff to join their team for £32,000 a year.
The lucky applicant will be responsible for maintaining 39 acres of Buckingham Palace’s gardens to the “highest standard”.

They’ll be expected to work 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, as reported by What’s the Jam.
As well as accommodation being provided, the role comes with a complimentary lunch.
The senior gardener will be in charge of caring for the lawn and planting shrubbery, bulbs and seasonal flower displays.

Applicants are expected to have a passion for horticulture backed up with a relevant qualification, excellent knowledge of lawn maintenance and be able to use garden machinery.
They will also need excellent time management skills, an adaptable communication style and a creative eye.

Hopeful horticulturists must apply by 27 July.

“Helping to shape the future of the gardens, you’ll have creative input into planting new shrubberies, bulbs and seasonal flower displays.
“You’ll also grow your management skills, monitoring Health and Safety and training records, as well as guiding the performance and development of the team and contractors.
