James May doesn’t serve Jeremy Clarkson’s beer at his country boozer.

The pair were best pals during their time fronting BBC’s Top Gear for 12 years from 2003 to 2015 alongside Richard Hammond.

The trip then presented The Grand Tour for seven years from 2016 and 2023.

Clarkson, 64, has turned his focus to Clarkson’s Farm, also on Amazon.

He launched his own tipple called Hawkstone Lager.

The drink is made from ingredients grown at the presenter’s farm in Chipping Norton, Oxon.

May, 61, is the part owner of the Royal Oak in Swallowcliffe, near Salisbury.

Since its debut in 2021, the beer has become a big hit in the UK, featuring over 100 boozers across the nation, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The Builders Arms located in Chelsea, London, are one of the many pubs which serve Hawkstone on draught.

A pint of the 4.8% lager at the pub costs £7.70.

Despite the pair sharing an onscreen friendship for the last 20 years, Clarkson’s beer does not yet feature at May’s pub.

However, May has recently stated that the three of them should call it quits.

He said: “I think people would only really like us doing cars, despite what some people say.

“Oh, I think you should all go off and do cooking or you should all go and do a podcast about nothing.

“But I don’t think so, I think we should let it lie, what we did.”

The Top Gear trio were recently spotted together enjoying a pint in the sun.
