The Swedish furniture retailer has introduced new permanent prices across a selection of popular furniture and home accessories.
It is also offering more than 1,000 additional in-store deals across the remainder of the year.
The reductions form part of a €1.2bn – approximately £1bn – investment by IKEA’s largest retailer, Ingka Group, other franchisees and Inter IKEA Group, as reported by What’s The Jam?

Among the permanent reductions is the KALLAX shelving unit, which has fallen by 18% from £60 to £49.
The HEMNES daybed frame, which combines seating, storage and sleeping space, has been reduced by 15% from £329 to £279.
The white ALEX drawer unit now costs £55 rather than £70, saving shoppers 21%.
Meanwhile, the STORKLINTA six-drawer chest has dropped from £99 to £89.
IKEA said the lower prices, which were introduced in the UK on 28 August, were not part of a temporary sale.

Shoppers can also access a separate range of in-store-only offers.
These include the classic white BILLY bookcase, which is down 28% from £35 to £25.
The TROFAST storage combination with shelves has fallen by 24% from £25 to £19.

IKEA’s white MICKE desk is available for £39 instead of £49, representing a 20% reduction.
The retro-style DYVLINGE swivel chair has also been reduced from £199 to £129 in all colours.
Further in-store discounts will run from 7 September until 1 November.
These include 20% off throws, bedspreads, candles, floor and table lamps, as well as selected rugs, thermal curtains, seasonal duvets and cookware.
The European investment will see prices lowered by an average of between 15% and 25% on selected products, although the ranges and reductions will vary between countries.
More than 1,500 products will become cheaper in Germany, with prices falling by an average of 20%.
In Italy, hundreds of products have been reduced by an average of 22%.
Juvencio Maeztu, chief executive of Ingka Group, said: “Keeping prices low is our long-term commitment and part of our promise to side with the many people.
“The investment is not an activity or short-term campaign – it’s about making IKEA more affordable when people need it most, even if it means accepting a lower margin.”
He said the retailer was also investing in smaller stores as part of its effort to become more accessible.
IKEA previously lowered the prices of thousands of products across its markets during the 2024 financial year.
The company said that investment resulted in more visits and a higher number of orders.
Ingka Group will separately invest €70m to help offset inflation and currency pressures in Asia and North America.
