The Pitch Perfect and Trolls star said she was eyeballed by the legendary Nessie beast.

She added she was a non-believer until the encounter.

It happened on a visit to Ardross Castle, Inverness, where TV show The Traitors is filmed.

Anna, 40, is a huge fan and was invited by producers, as reported by What’s The Jam.

She said: “The trip was incredible, we went all round Scotland.

“We went to Loch Ness.

“And I’m a card carrying sceptic.

“It’s like UFOs and Bigfoot – what are we talking about?

“And then I got on Loch Ness and I saw her, I saw her.

“There was a thing and it came out of the water and it looked right at me.

“It might have actually just been one suspicious ripple.

“But I’m telling you there was something.

“I felt it.”

On Tuesday (30 Sept), it was revealed the Loch Ness Monster may have been caught by the Royal Navy during World War Two.

The mystery wartime encounter only came to light after a man unearthed letters sent to his late sailor grandad from Nessie investigators.

Lewis Tyler, who served aboard HMS Ocean Swell laying anti-submarine nets, is said to have caught a sea serpent in the gear during an operation at the famous loch.

His grandson, John Gibbens, revealed the astonishing story – and still has the letters that prove it.
