Gordon Ramsay’s small, £24 cooked breakfast has been branded a ‘Half English‘.
The celebrity chef has left hungry foodies fuming for the portion size of his expensive brekkie.
The 58-year-old’s take on the nation’s favourite morning fare includes a sausage, streaky bacon, tomato, mushroom, black pudding and eggs.

And for the cost, many customers feel it’s missing some staples.
Questions were raised about the absence of beans, hash browns, fried bread or toast.
And the use of American style bacon, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Beans also come with the main meal: it’s an extra £4 for hash brown and toast for £4.50
To wash down the dish, a mug of tea or a coffee will set you back £6.50 or an orange juice comes in at £5.50.

The breakfast is served at The River Restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, at the five-star Savoy Hotel in central London.

But members of the public were left fuming by the size of the dish.
Tommy said: “Half English at best.”

Another added: “Come on chef, that’s not a Full English.
“No hash browns, no beans. And the bacon doesn’t look English.
“It’s the American stuff that if dropped it’d shatter like a glass mirror.”
One person said: “Full? Is there a second plate coming with the rest of it?

Ian joked: “That bacon is so hard it just offered me out for a fight in the car park.”
Another joked: “That bacon looks harder than my life.”
One said: “Where’s the beans? Hash browns? Toast or fried bread?”
Yet another added: “Beautiful presentation.”

One said: “Oh yes please.”
