Gordon Ramsay has been branded a hypocrite for serving up cooked lettuce after slamming it on his Kitchen Nightmares tv show.
The TV chef is selling Roasted Lamb Rump at one of his posh restaurants for £34.
It comes served with pea and broad bean fricassee but also braised gem lettuce.

It is topped off with minted yoghurt and red wine jus.
But fans of foul-mouthed Ramsay, 57, were quick to point out he wasn’t a fan of cooked lettuce in the past.
Thomas Knowles said: “Braised gem lettuce?
“I’m sure Gordon flipped his top at a restaurant that grilled his lettuce once.”
One – called Nicolette – said: “Gonna find the scene where Ramsey screams about grilling lettuce.”

Another added: “I was just thinking that.”
Octavio Sánchez exclaimed: “You grilled lettuce?”
Yet Joe Carman said: “This looks stunning.”

Eledie Jiyane said: “Looks delicious.”
Ramsay plugged the dish at his Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill eatery in Mayfair, west London.
He said: “Where’s the lamb…..rump?
“It’s at Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill with a stunning braised gem lettuce, mint yoghurt and red wine jus.
“Only on Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill’s new menu.”
On a 2012 episode of Kitchen Nightmares, he blasted cooked lettuce.
He visited a restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, US.
Looking at the menu, Ramsay said: “Is there a misprint on there or is that me? Grilled Caesar salad?”
The waitress replied: “No.”
Ramsay added: “Really? The lettuce is grilled?”
The server asked: “You never heard of that?”
Ramsay ordered if to see what it was like adding: “No, it hasn’t hit London yet.”
When it arrived he said: “The salad looks hideous.”
Last week Ramsay was branded stingy for serving just six chips with steak.
It cost £19.50 at his Heddon Street Kitchen, also in Mayfair, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Last month he was labelled out-of-touch for charging £44 for a lobster sandwich.
