A couple and their dog have been rescued in the nick of time after getting trapped on rocks by an incoming tide.
Lyn Barbs was with her husband and pooch Roxy when the family got into serious trouble.
A lifeboat, helicopter and team of coastguards were dispatched to the scene.

Breaking waves and the risk of falling rocks made the rescue in Tenby, south Wales, incredibly difficult.
A spokesman for Tenby Lifeboat Station said: “Tenby’s inshore lifeboat was requested to launch after a report that a couple and their dog were cut off by the tide in the vicinity of East Rock House, between the Castle and Paragon beaches.
“The volunteer crew were quickly on the water and located the casualties within minutes.”
Unfortunately, due to the swell, it was deemed unsafe to attempt to get the couple from the sea so the lifeboat stood off and provided safety cover whilst a Coastguard rescue helicopter was requested.
Tenby Coastguard rescue team was soon on scene along with a member of the lifeboat crew who had kitted up in drysuits.

The waves were beginning to break very close to where the couple were cut off on Friday (10 January).
Both the coastguard and lifeboat crew member made their way across the rocks to the casualties, where they checked them over to make sure no medical assistance was required before moving them higher up the rocks and further away from the breaking waves.
A short while later, the helicopter arrived, as reported by What’s The Jam.

But with the strong downwash in such an enclosed area, it was deemed unsafe to perform a winch rescue, due to the risk of falling rocks.
The spokesman said: “With all other options exhausted, a rope rescue was decided upon and the casualties were carefully brought across the rocks, to an area where they could use the steps to get to the safety of the garden of a house above.
“With the couple and their dog now out of danger all units stood down and returned to station.”
Lyn Barbs shared on Facebook that she was the woman rescued alongside her husband and dog.
She said: “I can’t thank them all so much for their help.
“They worked quickly and safely.
“Thank you guys, you were all brilliant.
“Also thank you to the people in Tenby who opened their home to us all.
“Congratulations to the newly married couple, sorry to invade you on your special holiday/honeymoon.
“The tea was much needed when we got to the house.
“Can’t thank you all enough.”
