A woman who went viral after giving her number to a stranger in a supermarket has shared the happy news that the duo are now engaged.

In the video, which has five million views, she screams with joy and jumps up and down as Meison smiles, before embracing him.
When Citlali, who is from Mexico, met Meison, who is from China, in a shop, she approached him and asked him if he spoke Korean.
As they engaged in a conversation in an aisle of a supermarket, Meison politely apologised and told Citlali that he is Chinese.
The duo spoke about their favourite foods and quickly bonded, deciding to exchange numbers after Meison asked if she was free for a date that evening.
The couple have gone from strength to strength since the chance encounter.

Meison proposed to Citlali at Banff National Park, in Canada, at the beginning of this month, as reported by What’s The Jam.
