Sir Mo Farah became a four-time Olympic champ despite gorging on Tesco microwave ready meals while at uni.
The 41-year-old 5,000m and 10,000m race ace said he had no idea about a good diet when he started running.
The London 2012 hero was at St Mary’s University, in Twickenham, South West London when he was 18.

But he used to nip down to Tesco for their £5 pre-cooked meals.
Sir Mo – who won two golds the the 2012 games, then the same in Rio four years later – said: “My eating habits have changed.
“As I progressed throughout my career.
“Back in my uni days.
“Diet? What!”

He added: “I was eating everything
“I didn’t even understand.
“As an athlete you need to eat certain foods.

“When I was at uni, I would probably go down Tesco’s buying a £5 meal.”
Fans were quick to joke about his poor diet in his early days, as reported on What’s The Jam.
Mo made the remarks in a social media post.
Dedek Miezan said: “Similar to me.
“I was eating everything when I was at uni.”
PE teacher Dean Mundy added: “This is brilliant Sir Mo.
“I am going to share this with my PE group.”
Another added: “Priceless insight.”
