A loved-up British woman packed up her life and moved to Australia to be with her boyfriend she met on Instagram.
Hannah Savvides and Sam Fisher first got chatting two years ago.
He struck up a conversation with the 26-year-old after she liked one of his photos.

The pair started a long-distance romance, talking up to 10 hours a day on FaceTime.

Four months later, tattoo artist, Hannah, and Aussie car part business owner, Sam, 36, spent a week together in Dubai where they made their relationship official.
After just three more meetings in England and Australia, Hannah packed her things and moved her life 9,100 miles across the globe to Broome, north east of Perth, Western Australia.
“Moving to Australia after meeting someone just four times wasn’t on my bingo card,” Hannah, from Manchester, told What’s The Jam.

“My friends were the most skeptical, which I completely understand, because if they were doing it, I’d be like ‘What the hell are you doing?’

“I knew from the start if the relationship was going to go anywhere, I’d have to be the one to make the move because Sam has his business.
“It was hard at first. I’d made a huge sacrifice, but he’d gone from living alone to me moving in.
“His life had changed for me as well, so it was intense for both of us.

“The only time we’d spent together was on holiday, and that isn’t real life.

“But we came out the other side, and I don’t have any regrets.
“I knew what I was giving up. I loved my life. I was a city girl living in a high rise in Manchester and now I’m a country bumpkin.
“I’ve gone from being single to a serious relationship and sharing a life with someone in Australia. It’s crazy.”
Hannah spotted Sam on social media and assumed he was British because he’d posted photos of a holiday to England.

The pair “built a vibe” within an hour.
Hannah said: “When I found out he wasn’t from England, we’d been chatting for an hour and we had a vibe.
“I did wonder if there was any point in talking to him, but we were really relaxed and could be ourselves because we had nothing to lose.
“He sent me voice notes and had such a nice accent. He was lovely.
“We were on FaceTime to each other for four months, sometimes 10 hours at a time.
“We celebrated birthdays on FaceTime, and he met my family.”
Hannah and Sam flew to Dubai four months after their first conversation to meet in the flesh.
Then Hannah joined Sam and his family on a holiday to the Gold Coast, and they decided she would move to Australia.
Sam flew to England after another three months, and the pair broke the news to Hannah’s shocked family.
Hannah said: “The first meeting in Dubai was amazing and so surreal to be with this person I had strong feelings for.
“I finally had a physical body with the voice.
“Saying goodbye was horrific. It was heartbreaking. Sam cried more than me.
“We had to arrange a date for when we’d see each other again.
“When I flew to Australia, it might have been a bit strange for his family, but they were lovely and supportive.
“It was bittersweet when he came to England to meet my family for the first time because we explained that I’d be moving.

“They were supportive, but it was sad saying bye.
“I do get sad sometimes, but I’ve made the right decision.
“It’s made me grow up fast.”
