A puny property up for sale, at an eye-watering £225,000, has been ridiculed for having the bed on top of the kitchen.

The recently renovated studio flat is just 11.3 metres-squared.

The compact flat is equipped with a shower inside a tiny bathroom.

A TV is fitted to the wall facing the entrance of the door, with a single chair in the flat for the owner to relax on.

A cupboard space has been fitted at the foot of the bed to give extra storage for the owner.

Home hunter, Colin Spectacle, joked: “Where do people living in places like this keep their stuff?”

Joanne Angela added: “This is outrageous.”

A third said: “I know I’ve been desensitized by London’s prices when I think this is really good value.”

“The space has been fully utilised to its maximum potential.
