A flat has gone up for rent at the bargain price of £340… but there’s a catch – it’s only available to vegans.
With property prices soaring in the UK, people are looking out for cheaper and better deals in hot countries – with Spain a firm favourite.
Future (or current) expats, assemble – this might be the best deal on the internet.
The flat, found in Pamplona has incredible views of the town and costs a fraction of what you’d pay in most UK cities but only vegans are allowed through the door.

The property already has two tenants, both of whom eat plant-based diets.
The listing also states that the new tenant must be a woman, speak fluent Spanish, and work night shifts.
If you fit the requirements, this could be quite the steal, though.
As can be seen in the advertisement, the door takes you into a large room, with a double bed, nightstand, and two wardrobes.

Other pictures show a shared bathroom, lounge, and kitchen.
The kitchen is white and yellow, with plenty of cupboard space, as well as an oven and a dining table.
The lounge is fairly large, with a cosy, grey corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and a desk.

There is also a balcony.
Pamplona is well-known for its beautiful architecture, churches, and charming historic district, Casco Viejo.
It is also famous for hosting the San Fermín, a week-long festival held in the city from 6 July to 14 July every year.
The home is also in close vicinity to the tourist spots, as well as bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and a hospital.
The room is up for grabs on Idealista at €400 (£340).
