Passers by had a cosmic shock after seeing a real Buzz Lightyear strolling along a busy street saluting as he went.
The lookalike complete with space ranger suit casually crossed a main road while the traffic was stopped at a red light.
And then the comical astronaut obligingly saluted at a passing bus as he waited to cross the next road.

It happened at Newham, in London.
A clip of the hilarious scene went viral with four million views and nearly 600,000 likes.
And viewers loved it, as reported by What’s The Jam.
One said: “To infinity and Tesco’s.”
Another said: “Bet he is buzzing.”

While a third said: “Bud light yeah?”
It’s believed the man in the suit made it himself.
His appearance coincided with the release of the much anticipated Toy Story 5 in UK cinemas.
