A bodybuilder dubbed “Lady Hulk” due to her biceps which are larger than Arnold Schwarzenegger’s has revealed her next challenge.
Jackie Koorn is upping her game to score the achievement.
The 36-year-old, who has 23-inch biceps, is sticking to a regimented diet and exercise plan ahead of the competition on 8 March.

The winning prize? To be crowned the World’s Strongest Woman.
“I’ve never participated in a competition before for this title,” the athlete told What’s The Jam.
“It would mean that I can once again break a standard regarding size, height and weight.”
Jackie started her bodybuilding journey in 2020.
She now weighs 26 stone, with the majority of her weight attributed to muscle.

And since her biceps are bigger than Arnie’s, which measured at 22 inches in his prime, she’s not a force to be reckoned with.
She said: “This journey is bigger than competition.
“It’s about showing the world that strength, health and excellence comes in many forms.

“And that limits are meant to be broken.
“It’s about writing history.
“Not only for myself, but for everyone who believes that true strength starts from within.”
To keep her body in check, she’s eating up to eight meals a day, consisting of 2,200 calories.
These consist of oatmeal with whole milk and protein for breakfast, followed by rice, pasta and potatoes with meat or fish for her lunch and dinner.
Throughout the day, she’ll snack on fruit and other protein-rich items, such as quark or yoghurt.
In the gym, she’ll work out for two hours per session, up to three times a week.
For Jackie, from the Netherlands, taking home the title would open up a whole new chapter of her journey.
She added: “I want to start my own reality programme and maybe achieve even bigger tiles.
“People right now think I’m too big or heavy for a woman.
“But being feminine is no longer a feeling.
“It’s something I have been practising automatically for years while becoming stronger.
“It’s funny when I can lift more weights than a man, though.”
Currently, the title is held by Brit Andrea Thompson after the original winner, Jammie Booker, was disqualified from the contest.
