A body mod addict has gone viral revealing the full extent of his obsession.
Inked Juliusz gets a kick out of transforming his appearance – including inked eyeballs, ‘zombie’ teeth’ a tongue split and 14 transdermal implants installed into his skull.
The procedures are high-risk but that’s all part of the thrill for the 25-year-old content creator from Dusseldorf, Germany.

Eager to follow in his footsteps? Beware as Juliusz himself admits they are “quite painful”.
“From the age of eight, I was fascinated by tattoos,” Juliusz told What’s The Jam.
“I started searching on the internet and stumbled on body modifications.
“Initially, I planned on the metal mohawk transdermal implants as my only body modification.
“They were quite painful.

“I was very scared before my first eyeball tattoo and had nausea and stomach problems, but in the end, it wasn’t as bad as I’d thought.
“About one and a half months later, I had my second eye tattooed.
“I get tattoos because I like them and they look cool, but only the one on my head and the Zombie Boy on my left thigh have a deeper meaning.

“I love all my modifications… and I also look forward to future modifications.”
In 2023, Juliusz had a transscrotal piercing, and this year he had his tongue split, as well as his lips and tongue tattooed.
He decided to ink his tongue himself but says it is not recommended – the risks are extreme and could have been fatal for him.
He said: “My tongue and lips are tattooed even the tongue muscle, which was not planned and could have ended critically.
“There was a risk of losing my tongue or even dying because it swelled so much.
“I wouldn’t encourage anyone to do this.
“It was reckless and I wouldn’t do it again.”
Despite the pain, which varies according to where he is having work done, Juliusz intends to carry on having more as he likes the look.
He said: “I find this look aesthetically appealing and attractive in other men. It is an expression of myself, my rebellion and provocative.
“And I want to show that people who look different are not bad or criminals.
In November, he is set to get implants on his eyebrows, and next year he is hoping for a brass knuckle implant in his left hand.
He says he would also like to have his tongue split again, tattoo his gums and mouth palate and have his teeth changed to a chrome-silver colour as a permanent modification.
He added: “I always wanted tattoos, some were long planned, others more spontaneous.
“Over the years, my goal has changed and currently it is to tattoo my entire body leaving no visible skin colour.”
