A super fit woman who can lift up to 350lbs says trolls have called her “manly” and accused her of steroid use – but she’s on a mission to get bigger and even more shredded.
Carolyne Marquez started taking fitness and bodybuilding seriously 13 years ago, and now keeps up with a demanding routine involving daily workouts.
The fitness model, who chronicles her intense regime with her 310,000 followers on Instagram, can squat up to 25 stone (350lbs) – more than double her weight.

And while she has been criticised for her bulging muscles and chiselled physique, Carolyne shows no signs of slowing down on her mission.
“I’m working on getting bigger, shredded muscles,” the athlete, from Puerto Rico but now living in Florida, told What’s The Jam.
When she started, she weighed just six stone and now weighs 9st 7lbs.
Now, she uses 50lb weights for bicep curls and is on a misson to be the “muscle goddess”.
Carolyne said: “I train from Monday through Friday and do active recovery on the weekends.

“During my current training sessions, I do legs five days a week, targeting different muscle groups: two days on quadriceps, two days on posterior legs, and one day with a whole-body EMS (electric muscle stimulation suit).”
Even on ‘rest days’ on the weekend, she still goes for hikes or long walks to keep moving.
Due to her chiselled physique, Carolyne says people often comment saying she “looks like a man” and guessing that she uses steroids – something she fiercely disputes.

She said: “If people try to accuse me of taking steroids, I just take it as a compliment.
“My appearance and physique are something I’ve dreamed of for years.
“All these years of training and 100% consistency have allowed me to achieve the results I have today, and I love them.
“I always say every day in every way we get better and better, so I am always aiming to improve my mind, body, and soul on a daily basis.
“Being an inspiration and motivation to others keeps me fuelled up.”
