A woman who has spent £20,000 to get the “world’s biggest lips” is now turning her attention to another body part.
Andrea Ivanova is well-known for her enhanced appearance.
During Christmas time, the 27-year-old usually treats herself to more injectables to keep her pout plump.

But this year, she’s switching things up.
Andrea hopes to get multiple hyaluronic fillers injected into her bum cheeks where the skin has sunk to help supplement the shape.
“I hadn’t thought about a bum enlargement [until recently], because mine is quite big,” the influencer told What’s The Jam.
“But it’s a must on my to-do list now.
“I am considering doing this very soon – just in time for Christmas.

“The more filler, the merrier.”
It’s likely the procedure will set her back a minimum of £500, with the cost rising depending on how much filler she has put in.
Andrea, who started her body transformation in 2018, auctioned off mistletoe kisses a few years ago in a bid to help fund her expensive “obsession” during the festive season.

Due to the high risk of complications involved, her family and friends are often left worried about her.
But she says they continue to offer their support wherever they can.
She added: “I’m an adult, I decide what to do with my body.
“My friends have no qualms about going out with me, despite my huge lips, and they accept me for who I am.
“They are used to looking at me now with big lips, so are no longer impressed by it all.
“It’s funny how all these people on the streets or in public areas stare at us because of me.
“They always ask for photos, which I’m very pleased about.
“I’m not mad, because they are my fans and I’m always willing to give them attention.”
Although she is focusing on her bottom this Christmas, Andrea, who is from Bulgaria, still plans to give her pout another filler injection to ensure her lips look just right for the holidays.
