A Greggs superfan who ditched the UK fills up her freezer with sausage rolls every time she comes back, claiming ‘you just really miss the classics’.

Isabelle Kube could not live without her home comforts despite leaving England for a better life.

The 29-year-old has now shocked viewers with her unique Greggs-only freezer draw – jam packed with the nation’s favourite sausage roll.

Flexing her obsession online, the clip racked up a whopping 126,600 views and over 7000 likes – and even Greggs themselves commented.

“As someone from the UK you just really miss the classics,” Isabelle, from London, told What’s The Jam.

“A good Greggs, a chippy and a good jacket potato are just impossible to come by.

“Currently there are 24 sausage rolls in the freezer – that’s 6 packets of the 4 for 3 sausage rolls.”

For the last six years Isabelle has lived in Copenhagen, Denmark – a city known for its colourful architecture and dazzling food scene.

However, for the expat, the lack of Brit staples are an issue – especially when she’s homesick.

The Danish equivalent of the classic Greggs sausage roll sadly fell short of her expectations.

Isabelle said: “In Denmark there’s something called a ‘pølsehorn’ which is essentially the Danish equivalent to a sausage roll.

“But it just does not come close in any way.

“You can’t even compare it to a Greggs.”

Isabelle now does a huge restock of the freezer every time she returns home – filling her hand luggage with Greggs sausage rolls for the 610 mile journey.

The head of growth and community at BEATRIDERS also fits in M&S hot cross buns.

The freezer drawer has been a great hit with her Danish boyfriend and pals – with her other half banned from touching them.

Isabelle said: “I try to keep them for emergencies, whenever I’m homesick or really craving one.

“My boyfriend is currently banned from touching the drawer ever since he said they’re hyped.

“My friends love when I come by with a Greggs sausage roll straight from my freezer.

“Reheated in the air fryer ready to go with a selection of HP sauce and ketchup just for the vibes.”

Brit viewers were left shocked by the freezer, with many applauding Isabelle’s work – including Greggs themselves.

Greggs said: “This is like discovering treasure, but better.”
