Kevin had just landed at Ibiza Airport and took a seat at the cafe in arrivals while waiting for his transfer.
The disc jockey, who has weekly radio shows on Kiss FM, waited with his suitcase and a green bag.
His bag contained his MacBook Pro, his music, headphones, passport, and a spare mobile phone among other electronics.
“As I sat and scrolled through my phone while waiting for my transfer, I realised that my green bag was gone,” Kevin, from north London, said.
“Luckily I clocked it quite early, so I asked everyone around me ‘Have you seen my green bag?’”

“No one had seen it.”
Kevin felt lucky to have access to Apple’s ‘Find My’ tracking system on his phone.
He was able to use this, and the system indicated to him that his belongings were still in fact at the airport.

Becoming visibly panicked, he walked around back and forth, and even went outside of the airport to hunt for his things.
“I had someone come up to me and they said ‘ Oh, I think that guy over there took your bag’,” he continued.
Kevin approached the man in question to confront him, and the man pointed to his bag which had been left under a tree outside the terminal.
He rushed over to the tree and luckily, the items all remained inside.
“I chased after the fella, he clearly had stolen my bag,” Kevin alleged.
“Please be vigilant.
“We all think of Ibiza as the beautiful island that it is but there are predators everywhere trying to take your stuff.
“Keep your bags with you at all times.”
He also recalled his experience two years ago on the White Isle when a friend of his had his Rolex watch taken from his wrist.
Fan Dwayne said: “Ah mate, happened to my mate within an hour the other day.
“He managed to get his laptop back but they took everything else, tracked his laptop to an old building in Ibiza Town where they hid it.”
Another DJ added: “This happened to me when I did my first set in Ibiza for Abode in 2017.
“I never got it back, same as you MacBook, USBs, headphones, I swear they hunt DJs.”
“Thank God you got it back.”
Annabel said: “I’ve had my bag swiped from right next to me too.
“Since then I always have my arm through the handle or wedge the bag between my feet. Even when I sleep at the airport I have my arm through the handle.”
Nina said: “Glad to hear you got it back and thank you for making it known as I’m going on Monday to Ibiza with my mother in law and daughter in law.”
“Wow, so glad you got it back. So important to make others aware. Its happening far to much out there,” wrote Lindsey.
