A personal trainer has proven “haters wrong” after eating Domino’s pizza every day for a month and claims he’s lost weight.
Jayden Lee from Portsmouth tried the “unconventional” diet in an effort to show people that they don’t need to give up their favourite foods.
The 18-year-old set himself a task: one small pizza (9.5in) per day for a whole month.
The experiment included all of Jayden’s favourite protein-heavy classics; Mighty Meat, Tuna Supreme, Meatball Marinara, Pepperoni Passion, and more.

He also managed to swing a discount, having spent £255 so far.

Social media users have been left stunned, with Jayden’s videos racking up the views on Instagram – with his most popular clip seeing over 600,000 views.
“Trying a new pizza every day was fun,” Jayden, who is currently studying towards his level 3 PT qualification, told What’sTheJam.com.
“For a long time, I used to have a terrible relationship with food and noticed people demonise certain processed foods.

“Food shouldn’t have to be restricted simply because you’re trying to lose a bit of belly fat.
“I wanted to add my own spin to this challenge and thought I’d do it with pizza.
“My body was fine; my sleep was good, my hunger levels were fine, except for the occasional day, and my energy was good.

“I had no complaints!
“Other than waiting for Domino’s, which was a bit tedious at times.
“My love for pizzas grew stronger throughout the challenge and I ate every pizza combo you can imagine, from meat feast combos to even tuna on pizza.
“I never felt physically sick but it was hard.”
Jayden wanted to prove that to lose fat you have to be in a calorie deficit, – which you can do even if you eat pizza.
He gave himself a calorie deficit of 2,200 to 2,500 per day and started his journey at 161.60 lbs, (73.3kg).
A month later, Jayden claims the scale now shows 148.37 lbs, (67.3kg).
The teenager initially intended for the experiment to last just 21 days but later extended it to all of January.
In addition to pizza slices, he focused on other protein-heavy meals such as banana protein pancakes, chocolate protein oats, scrambled eggs with vegetables, and peanut butter on bagels with banana and honey.
Plus air-fried chips with chicken and vegetables, Chicken Big Mac wraps, and large bowls of jelly.
He said: “I hit my protein intake every day, as well as my five body workouts a week.
“I also attempted to do 45min cardio per day, sometimes I did less or more.
“I ate nutrient-dense, high protein, high volume foods to keep me satisfied and fuel my body.
“I’d go for a walk after my meals for five to 10 minutes and integrate a daily walk if possible.
“And I aimed to sleep [a] minimum [of] seven hours a night.
“No food was off limits.
“If I went over my calories for a day, it wasn’t the end of the world.”
And Jayden says it was all pretty straightforward.
He added: “The challenge was a fun experience.
“Food shouldn’t be feared or excluded when trying to cut down fat.
“But rather included with an overall healthy diet.”
