A woman has been left furious after ordering a mozzarella dish that arrived without any cheese.
Ana Garza could not believe her eyes after she bit into what was a completely hollow fried starter.
The 23-year-old was craving a portion of fried mozzarella but ended up getting the shock of a lifetime.

The social media coordinator was supposed to be chowing down on indulgent deep-fried mozzarella cheese covered in breadcrumbs.
The crispy snack is a viral sensation, with many customers showing off their “cheese pulls” online.
Unfortunately for Ana, she couldn’t attempt such a stunt – or even enjoy the taste of cheese.
“I got my plate, excited to eat my fried mozzarella, but when I got a first bite the fried mozzarella was completely empty – no cheese,” Ana told What’s The Jam.
“I bit into the second one and realized they were both like that.

“I was thinking ‘No way this is possible, I need to say something’.”
The bizarre empty mozzarella stick was served to the 23-year-old in Chili’s restaurant in Austin, Texas.
Her post revealing the snack disappointment clocked up 11m views.

The starter is a favourite on the Chili’s menu, costing anywhere from £7.50 ($10) upwards, depending on portion size.
It is believed that the oil was too hot, which caused the mozzarella to explode and drain – leaving the fried exterior empty inside.
Ana added: “I waved over my server and explained – and without hesitation he brought me new ones, which were in perfect condition.
“Since posting that video and getting over 11m views I realised people who have worked in the food industry know that that happened because the oil was too hot and the cheese exploded and drained.
“I liked that Chili’s commented and wanted to make it right but I didn’t want to throw people under the bus and cause issues with employees, so I left it alone after.”
