A prankster was spotted frolicking in a public fountain after suds were added to the water.
The man was kicking his feet as an onlooker walked past.
She shouts to him: “Enjoying the jacuzzi.”

The man sits up and she repeats “Yeah, jacuzzi” before erupting in laughter.
He is seen dunking his head underwater as the clip comes to an end.
The bizarre bubble bath was filmed at the Lomita fountain in Culiacán, Mexico.
Local Lore Robles said: “Imagine living in Italy and missing out on this in Culiacán.
“He literally threw an entire box of Ariel into the Lomita fountain.”

Another local said: “I saw the bubbles the next morning and started laughing.”
Luisa added: “I’ve always wanted to do that.”
Sanchez remarked: “I passed by there a few days ago and I thought how dirty the fountain was, now it’s squeaky clean.”

Ana said: “It’s cool! But it’s not right.”
It is a criminal offence to misuse a public fountain in Culiacán due to hygiene and heritage laws.
Anyone convicted of misusing a public fountain can face a fine of between £21 and 83 (MXN 542 and 2,170), as reported by What’s The Jam.
