Taylor Swift fans are being offered free bubbly to toast her engagement at the south London boozer made famous by the pop star.

The Black Dog was name checked by Shake it Off singer on The Tortured Poets Department album.

Swift, 35, is now set to wed NFL star Travis Kielce.

So the pub in Vauxhall is giving away drinks to Swifties who pop in.

All they have to do is buy some of their merchandise which includes an embroidered cap for £32.

Also on sale is a £50 hoodie and a £22 tote bag.

They can also get a beer if they come in singing Swift’s hit The Black Dog.

Bosses of the pub joked that her engagement warrants a Bank Holiday, as reported on What’s The Jam.

A spokesperson for The Black Dogs said: “Free glass of bubbles with every perch purchase all week.

“Swifties, let’s celebrate, I don’t know about you, but we have a new national holiday.”

They added: “And, in honour of Tay Tay, we will not be playing the starting line.

“Oh, and if you’re coming in tonight sing our namesake song to claim a free swift half.”

One fan Melike said: “Swiftie on pause, visa pending.

“Free bubbles unlocked in November?”

Another added: “So kind of Taylor to get engaged the week I’m set to be in London so I can celebrate at The Black Dog.”
