The food at 90s popstar Melanie Blatt’s burgers boozer has been slammed by punters.
Despite the former All Saints member’s grub proving a huge hit, diners have voiced their concerns over other options on the menu.
Guests at The Londesborough gastropub in Stoke Newington, north London, even claimed some of the dishes tasted like they had been “reheated.”

But one punter who left a three-star review for the use of a microwave in the kitchen got a clear dressing down from the pub itself, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Dan Castro, who visited the spot last month claimed: “I see man use the microwave definitely not straight of the oven.”
But a representative from The Londesborough replied on the Google Review: “So tell us you’re not a chef without telling us.
“Just kidding. We welcome feedback as it can contribute to improvement, this is not one.”
Another ticked off customer, Eva, claimed: “Everything was pretty average, food seemed to be reheated as it arrived suspiciously quickly and was very dry – Sunday roast.

“Getting the attention of waiters was hard.
“Table we were sat at was dirty.”
The pub responded: “We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt average.

“It definitely doesn’t match our usual high standards and if you found your table not quite ready after the previous guests, we hope you let our service staff know right away so we could turn that around.
“Thanks again for your feedback.
“We hope to welcome you back for a smoother and still noisy dining experience next time.”
But the buzz is still high around Melanie’s £20 burgers, with fans applauding the popstars work in the kitchen.
Keven Law said: “Melanie Blatt makes a superb burger.

“Make sure to get down to the Londesborough every Tuesday between 6pm and 9pm, you won’t be sorry.”
Lorna Gardner said: “A wonderful pub with a friendly atmosphere and friendly, hard working staff.”
Eszter said: “Best Sunday roast pork I had in London, been back a few times now, last time with a bigger group for a birthday.
“The staff is friendly and great and food is also excellent. I recommend it.”
