A yacht that Louis Armstrong, Coco Chanel and Picasso all sailed on is on the market for £2.2m.
The luxury boat, named Weather Bird, regularly carrying stars across the high seas.
it measures a whopping 101ft long and has room for eight guests and five crew members.

Originally built in 1931, the yacht recently went through a revamp in 2021, leaving her in magnificent shape.

The boat had a complete mechanical refit and all of its systems replaced.
Sara and Gerald Murphy, a high-society American couple, commissioned the Weather Bird and often invited their famous pals over.
Their good friends Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald also stayed on the ship.

It is rumored that Fitzgerald based the main characters in his book Tender is the Night on the Murphys.

The master cabin is kitted out with a large double berth, a vanity desk and excellent storage space.
The interior of the boat has been kept in a 1930s style, resembling the original design by Chantier Navals de Normandie, overseen by Victor Orloff and Henri Rambaud.

The legendary boat is now up for sale through Northrop and Johnson, as reported by What’s The Jam.

“Her exterior deck spaces are spacious and offer seating areas for guests to socialize and relax while admiring the passing landscapes.”
